WORST KITCHEN COMPANY EVER
Don and Majestic are the epitome of dishonesty. They pretend to have a millwork and represent themselves as creating the cabinets when in reality they do nothing and they sub contract out EVERYTHING and partner with people who never have created or installed kitchens before in their life. Don't be fooled, Majestic doesn't build, Majestic doesn't install – Dons company provides no real value – just an overhead charge for others shoddy workmanship and a slew of lies upon lies. Late beyond belief (We were stupid and without a kitchen for over 7 months before firing them). - Lawyers got involved and we attempted to settle with Don, until HE STOPPED RESPONDING TO HIS OWN LAWYER and now they are just unreachable. ** Don’t do business with unless you want to spend a year in court! ** Some of the idiotic things they pulled include installing cabinets UPSIDEDOWN (!), creating “slab” doors and milling out the inside via a CNC machine (which will only produce a door that is warped 100% of the time), installing bases crooked (multiple times!), leaving no gaps so doors and drawers smash into walls, not creating enough area to even install door hinges on the cabinet sides, tile work so sloppy and poor (after THREE TIMES REDOING IT) – btw – the tile company installer ended up being Dons own son who should have been fired long ago just for the mess he creates let alone the terrible craftmanship (covers over light switch boxes 50%! Yes, ½ a box was covered in tile, try getting a switch in there., doesn’t follow any pattern for cuts), not following plans AT ALL so appliances have no chance of fitting in, damaging other parts of the house, including flooring, front door, back door, damaging our garage when they used it as a “workshop” covered in tools, garbage and sawdust for 3+ months – the list just goes on and on (not to mention MONTHS UPON MONTHS LATE). If you hire Don, you better count on having no kitchen for a year+ and paying extra to have the shoddy workmanship removed so someone who knows what they are doing can come in and fix it. **** JUST SAY NO ****
