My meeting with James was super helpful in walking me through everything I needed to know regarding my loans and repayment. He was very approachable and easy to talk to. He also made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed during the virtual session. Worth the money in every way, especially considering they decreased my worries about my loans.
