I purchased a Carlo 5 litre geyser from Thakur brothers and company Indore on 30 Sep 26 but waiting for its installation so far. I have made request through app directly connected atleast 6-7 times customer care support representatives but all in vain. Every day a different technician calls me ask my address but never comes. Worst after sell service experience by any renowned company ever. I will ask everyone not to buy Havells products otherwise you may also suffer in the same way.

Very disappointed with the service experience. I raised a complaint regarding my AC issue and the technician visited and confirmed that the cooling coil needed replacement. However, even after many days there has been no proper resolution. Every time we contact customer support, we only hear “please wait” or “give us more time.” There is no clear update, no proper communication, and the technician is also not responding properly anymore. This kind of after-sales service is unacceptable from a reputed brand. Customers spend hard-earned money expecting reliable support, but instead we are facing delays, false assurances, and complete inconvenience. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and resolves the issue immediately. Tips for the customer you are looking to buy a lloyd appliances. I will say buy anything cheap but don't buy the lloyd product.

i using this company some electric products my almost product right now in warranty i complain regarding one product company not properly responding and not sending technician i wait one week don’t buy this company products
