Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible ! I tried to contact customer service in regards to my order that I wanted to cancel because I placed it by accident . I wrote live support about 3 times , I emailed them about 2 times and still haven’t received a response. This is extremely unprofessional

Sorry man, I had to go to Hong Kong for business and was out of the loop for lack of service. Wish ya didn't leave a sh*t review, I would have definitely made things right. We pride ourselves with the best customer service in the industry, massive apologies.
