Too Good!!
I just had two sessions with Bryan, and two sessions was all I needed. I didn't even need to visit him in person during Covid. I think he has a very grounded approach to therapy.

Our marriage was headed in a bad direction. The Kairos program helped fix the foundational aspects of our life together so that we could focus on rebuilding our emotional intimacy and rekindling physical intimacy. Whether you are only a few years into your marriage, just getting serious, or been married for decades, Kairos can provide your relationship with the tools needed to make it last forever.

We saw Bryan for pre-marital counseling and would recommend him to any couple. He helped us form strategies, methods and techniques critical for a healthy and lifelong commitment. This was my first counseling experience and I had some skepticism initially, but my expectations we're far and beyond exceeded.

We started seeing Bryan prior to getting married for a specific issue, but ended up going deeper than imagined. Working with Bryan, we grew individually to not only be the best versions of ourselves, but most importantly, for one another. He listens and is empathetic. There is zero judgment, but does help challenge you and pushes you to grow. We met for 5 weeks and now have the best baseline going into marriage rooted in trust, respect, and a new outlook on our priorities. Absolutely would recommend Bryan, as we will continue to see him quarterly just to stay grounded.

Where do I begin? I tried counseling once at about age 13 and didn’t go back for a second appointment. I felt so much judgement and misunderstood. My very first appointment with Bryan I poured my heart out with the grief I was feeling from losing my dad a year ago. The immediate trust and safety that I felt on day one with meeting Bryan is still unexplainable. My boyfriend and I met with him weekly after to work on our relationship. Therapy was a last resort for us but Thank god we started seeing Bryan. He not only saved our relationship but we came out of it with a great friend. Bryan is truly one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. If you are trying to decide if therapy is for you or not…. I say jump. You couldn’t be in better hands. Saying thank you is not enough.

My husband and I saw Bryan for counseling, we needed help working through an impasse in our relationship that caused a break in our trust. In past, we’ve “waited to heal” so took an active approach by seeking Bryan out. He is insightful, kind, and can cull and use only the important information that was relevant to our relationship and our healing. He broke our down our structure to create equality in our relationship by starting with chores, an uncharged topic. Through steps he built up our communication skills so that we could set boundaries with each other, establish core values, prioritize our time together and our time apart, taught us empathy and how to use that towards healing past hurt, our personality types and how to keep our egos in check. I can’t emphasize enough how much I enjoyed his process. He focused on building a skillset that strengthened our relationship. This was incredibly valuable because we had actionable items to work on; while this was very difficult, we ended most sessions feeling hopeful. We feel we now have the tools to move forward for ourselves. For us, therapy was expensive but we are so glad we prioritized this for our relationship. Another benefit of his process is he taught us tools on how to move forward on our own, therefore we were able to shorten our time than what I originally thought. Bryan was honest about our progress and pricing, I never felt like he continued sessions outside our need. I was fortunate to have insurance for self-counseling so I paired this with couples counseling which I found very valuable; some topics I needed to work on in couples counseling I was already working through on my own. My husband and I believed we were “self aware” but we were able both see how both our issues contributed to our overall problems. We now know how to set boundaries for each other in our alone-time, set and take accountability of our responsibilities, and develop rituals that help us get to know each other as people. This has been an incredibly helpful process and we genuinely appreciate your time, thanks Bryan.

Bryan has a very practical approach to relationships and personal developments, but also very understanding and flexible. He is a very attentive listener, comes up with tools that are very applicable right away, and can measure your progress in clear ways. He helped me reach some important realizations and clarity of the situations. He then helped me figure out how to work with it. I highly recommend him for anyone who has a developmental goal they want to reach.

I first started working with Bryan in the fall of 2020 (and continuing this process with him currently). My wife and I were struggling in our relationship and covid compounded the affects of our problems. It would be an understatement to say things were falling apart. We were already in the process of getting a divorce. We started our couple’s counseling with Bryan as a last-ditch effort to see if we could salvage our marriage. If I’m honest, I believed the relationship was over and while I hoped otherwise, I didn’t see how we could change our current course. Prior to this experience, I had my fair share of skepticism for therapy. Full transparency, at times I can be that stereotypical guy that doesn’t like discussing my feelings, sharing emotions, being vulnerable, etc. It has been no easy feat to break these barriers. Bryan has been immensely helpful in overcoming these challenges and I always leave a session with new insights on how to improve further. I read a review discounting Bryan’s process/approach because he isn’t licensed. While I appreciate the perspective of others, I disagree with these remarks. I don’t believe they should carry weight when deciding your personal journey and growth. I’ve been to “licensed professionals” where I felt our time together was meaningless. In some cases, I felt like a time slot on a clock and a paycheck to be collected. I’ve never felt this way with Bryan since starting back in 2020. I feel like he’s genuinely interested in our journey (individually and as a couple). Bryan is patient and intuitive. He’s always been an objective listener and gives non-biased & balanced feedback. Additionally, I feel like he provides great perspective (as it relates to my wife’s point of view), while keeping a neutral stance. I’m appreciative of that. He’s provided many helpful technique/tools for communication and these methods have helped considerably. My time with Bryan has been personally impactful and I’m grateful. I’ve experienced a ton of growth and gained meaningful value during our sessions together. My relationship with my wife has improved significantly during this time. Although, the status of our marriage/divorce is still undetermined, there’s no denying the progress we’ve made thus far. I don’t assign merit to Bryan, based on the status of our marriage. I’m not attached to the outcome; I’m focused on the growth. He serves as a guide for our journey, but we’re accountable for our own path. I speak highly of him, because of his commitment to us and for the support he provides during this process. Without hesitation, I’d recommend Bryan to anyone looking for this type of positive change.
