Potential scam, I put 10000INR gambled and won 250000. According to their terms and conditions rules, I was not entitled to pay any commission because I used 100% of my deposit and I placed a bet of 1:25 coefficient bet, which the rule said at least 1:1. And still they force me to pay, and no where on their onboard process did it say that i will be charged commission. They won’t let me withdraw my winnings and keep asking to deposit more money first it was 15% commission that is 36000 which they refuse to deduct from the money I won. Then they ask to deposit 20% of wallet balance. Which I paid again. Then they want conversion fee of around 9000 INR. And they refuse to deduct it from my account with them which has 25000 balance. Why? Is that money no good?? And the support sucks ass. The support team was rude and kept gaslighting me the whole time,”you are idiot”, “you don’t understand”, “you pay now”,”you agreed to our terms, now you have to pay” and refuses to answer rationally to my questions. And for future reference if they even change their T&Cs i have screenshots
