Finally an app that gets the "starting soon" phase…
Iwas going back and forth between shotsy and myglp1 for like 2 weeks before my first wegovy shot. downloaded both. shotsy is pretty but it's basically just a shot log it assumes you already know what to eat. myglp1 literally walked me through nutrition prep the week BEFORE my first injection. that alone sold me. the "today's focus" thing sounds gimmicky until you're nauseous on week 3 and don't want to think. one thing to do. drink one bottle of water before noon. done. I don't have the brain space for dashboards. been on for 6 weeks now. protein tracking is actually tuned to my dose (it changes as you titrate up) which shotsy does not do. PDF for my doctor is included in the base price, not paywalled like shotsy+. only con: no apple health sync yet. whatever,I can wait.
