To address your concerns, we want to reiterate that our rules and policies are consistently available to all traders. While we were in the process of moving our FAQ page to a new platform, our complete guidelines remained accessible through our social media channels and in your personal dashboard. On July 3, 2025, our Compliance team reviewed your challenge account and identified prohibited trading practices, which are outlined in our FAQs. As a result, we were initially unable to provide you with a funded account. We offered you a second opportunity by resetting your account and informed you that any subsequent violations would lead to a permanent breach. After you successfully passed the challenge and received your funded account, further violations were detected. We must enforce our rules and policies uniformly to ensure a fair and transparent trading environment for everyone.
