The Fortiva credit card is easy to use and no problems but the retail credit card is not so easy to use I still have not been able to use it.

You are treating me well as a customer and I appreciate you. You don't "bug" me with a plethora of ads, texts or calls. From time to time, having your card is a lifesaver. Thank you!

I just got a call from this company asking if I filed for a card. Absolutely not 🚫. I was given a phone number and address neither one matched my address.. Please 🙏🏾 beware of your business and information leaking..

I have a perfect credit rating. I got Vivint security and also got it for my daughter. Yet Vivint wanted my daughter setup under Fortiva which I knew nothing about until I noticed a monthly fee charge of $12.50 as a cash advance fee. I screwed up—I should have done my research before buying Vivint thru Fortiva. Also, no one should trust Vivint. I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Fortiva helped me update my Fortiva account by using a debit card so that there will be no cash advance fees. I received excellent help on the phone and online by a real person. The main original problem lies with Vivint.
