They hung up the phone on me when I asked his name. Boy he has a temper. I guess he doesn't want any responsibility/accountability. Terrible customer service! All these 5 star rating reviews are posted by the employees of the Fortiva. Terrible customer service. When I asked the customer service representative's name, he hung up the phone on me. He didn't have knowledge and patient. I didn't like the tone of his voice and his attitude. This is not acceptable.

I never applied for this card and keep getting emails for payments.

I would never recommend this card to anybody. Right off the bat they take at least $100 off whatever your credit limit is and they do not tell you. This credit card is a complete scam and I wish I never got it.

I do not have an account with you . I immediately cancelled !! And card was never used . I resent getting a bill for something returned update your records

WILL HURT YOU Do not trust this company. My previous card sold to Fortiva. I tried to close it before. Account not found. After it was sold to Fortiva, account not found online or when I called for months. Yet, they can report 5+ missed payments to HURT my credit. Still today. Account not found. They say it was sold again. I try the number they give me to call and guess what. Account not found. So now I'm hurt trying to get a mortgage and their support can't help me. No one can.
