I had a lot of apprehension when I realized what all the program entailed, as I was scammed in the past by a company indicating they were a debt resolution company. Joey Powell helped ease my concerns.

Personable and clear with steps that needed to be taken.

Our consultant, Joey Powell, was professional yet friendly and very responsive. If he didn't have an answer to one of our questions, he would get it for us right away. His explanation of the process was thorough and gave us the comfort level to make this very difficult decision to move forward. We are feeling very hopeful.

Thanks to Joey Powell for being so professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and communicative, getting me through this process smoothly. Shawn has also been very informative and friendly, answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. My appreciation to both of them. I am looking forward to getting out of this unfortunate debt quickly through First Choice's program.
