I submitted an order for 2 shirts for the 4 of July and here are the results: Sent to MyFaithWorld on 7/26/25 I want a refund of $76.52 for transaction 7EE41759DU920233L made on June 16th. The order was never received. I was originally given tracking number 16593713892490734918 for the package originating in Ireland that arrived in the USA and then the tracking stopped at Boulder. Then 9 days later I received an email with the tracking suddenly showing it came from China and the package wasn't deliverable. I want a refund of $76.52 for order USA-40045S188587AMEN Alan Warren Original Tracking: 2025-07-14 06:32:10UTC Boulder,80328,United States,The shipment is in transit in the country of United States 2025-07-10 04:28:58UTC Departed Shipping Partner Facility in the United States 2025-07-07 03:37:18UTC Arrived Shipping Partner Facility in the United States 2025-07-05 03:20:31UTC The shipment is declared at the customs clearance of United States 2025-07-02 04:51:20UTC The shipment arrived at the customs of United States 2025-06-30 05:25:16UTC The shipment has been shipped to United States 2025-06-27 04:28:36UTC The shipment is being inspected at the customs of Ireland 2025-06-24 05:06:35UTC The shipment arrived at the customs of Ireland 2025-06-21 04:57:27UTC Graiguenamanagh,R95X3F9,Ireland,The shipment is in transit in Ireland 2025-06-19 04:27:05UTC The shipment has left the sorting center 2025-06-17 05:13:02UTC Moate,N37AK59,Ireland, The shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin. Then on July 22 I received an email from you that included a new tracking number: JSEXY2487661817YQ which shows the package is coming from China. And the address on the package is incorrect, so undeliverable. Then you sent me this email: If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. What happened to the package in Boulder? Result: no product, no refund! After this first and only order I will never trust My Faith World again!!!

This company advertised made in Nashville for a sweater advertised on facebook and other sites. Ordered a sweater for $49, including shipping. They charged $62 to my credit card. I received a notice the item was being shipped from China. Ordered on December 11th, 2025, received a damaged and wrong poorly made sweater on January 5, 2026. Asked for a refund after sending photos of the wrong item. They offered me $4 to go away and keep the item they sent me. Do not buy anything from this company. They prey on people of the Christian faith, who, for the most part, will forgive and forget. But wrong is wrong and this must be called out to prevent others from making my mistake.

I ordered a sweatshirt and never received it, it was shipped and lost somewhere. Tracking failed and I am out money. Will never order from them again. Not only did it take over 3 weeks to ship and customs and then to not receive the item is very upsetting. I ordered thus in August and now the USPS has closed my search request for the item.

I would have givin 0 stars. It's a scam. They send bogus tracking numbers they blame the USPS... We literally had dozens of packages arrive at the right address and on time that did not include Faithworld.com... They will berate you in emails.

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company and received a shiny polyester "shirt" that looked NOTHING like the picture. When I contacted support with my complaint, I had to jump through hoops, asked for a refund, and never heard back from them. 2 weeks later, I received another ugly shirt just like the first one. Now I have 2. I did research afterwards, and found out they are not affiliated with tpusa at all. They stole the pictures from the legitimate website!

Sadly I am another scammed by this company. And using “faith” as a cover. May this company get the just reward from our Father that it deserves. You don’t scam God and get away with it.

Was charged 71.98 and my credit card was charged 86.38. Said made in Nashville..NOT Shipped from Germany And when I asked to return the poor quality shirts I was told I would have to ship them to China. Tried to give me a FEW dollars credit to keep the shirts. Order XL and the size was more like a medium. STAY AWAY IN TH NAME OF GOD !!!!

I would put zero if there was one- ordered a shirt 24 days ago- keep getting a message stating its shipped. worse part you think your ordering from Tennessee and your NOT- company ships from Finland. Worst company- I think this company is a scam. Customer service doesn't help just says wait. Wait for how long 1 year. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
