Cozy SharkReviews of mycozyshark.store

Completely false advertising of product! What I received was a cheap, not even crappy halloween costume quality knock off of whats shown in there videos and website. The fabric is incredibly thin and the inside isn't even lined so it's just scratchy and horrible, and many of the threads are coming out of it straight out the package. I ordered a medium which claimed to fit someone 5'2 to 5'6, you'd have to be under 4'6 for this thing to fit you, I'm 5'4 and where the shoulders are supposed to be barely are at my waist. My package shipped from China and took over a month to get to me in the U.S., and this company will not issue any refunds under any circumstances. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

These do not fit someone 6 foot. Total lie. My gf is 5’7 and it barely fits her. Looks nice just terrible sizing

Much too large. Not an accurate description. Returns are complicated. Asking for original packaging, return shipping fee. Package was a plastic bag which had to be torn open. No tags on garment. It was a complete loss of payment. Is there anyway ur company can make return more easy and viable for consumer? Please let me know asap, and I will take this review down and an add a positive one. Thank you…Virginia Marinelli. P.S. my granddaughter was quite disappointed, since 2 of her could have fit in this garment. Hope to hear from u soon.

Never Arrived in the mail.

It was too hard to move and too small. It sucks

This website is a scam!! After demanding a refund they finally sent me out the shark blanket and it’s sized for a toddler and cheaply made. Not what they show you in the pictures, after emailing them about 5 different times I got a email back with no information like if it was a robot after writing 3 more emails they sent back the exact same email they sent me the first time with no information on returning. This page is a scam!!! Do not buy from them they do not own anything they most likely order from China and send you directly whatever they get sent which is a bad quality cheap half sized product. I will be doing a charge back!!!!
