If I could give this company no stars I would. Ordered 1 shirt. Waited 22 days for it. Didn’t look a thing like what I ordered. Not at all. Got a hold of the company. I have to pay to ship it back to China. I put it in the goodwill pile and chalked it up to a bad decision! Learn from others lessons. Don’t bother to order from them

I purchased 2 blouses ..took weeks to turn up then the company have sent the wrong size to me, tried emailing and using their supplied address..which just bounces back saying Mail Error.... The only error was purchasing from this company..... Terrible company "

Took forever to arrive. Way too big. I emailed to start refund process. They said their warehouse sent out bigger blouses, why don't I try on the first one they sent? I said they are both HUGE, I want a refund. Then they asked me to take a picture of them and they would verify. I gave them my product order. THEN they said they would exchange. I said I want a refund. Then they said our customers are important to us, please let us know the order number yadda -- this went on over and over. I said I want a REFUND and I would NEVER buy their products. I asked ten times on how to refund and they avoided answering. They have a 30 day limit but who knows from when? Took weeks and weeks to even get here and they wouldn't give any refund information. I told them I was sending in a bad review and that they were a horrible company.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I WANTED TO RETURN THE BLOUSE FOR A CREDIT. I HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND GET A CUSTOMS FORM WHICH I DID AT MY OWN EXPENSE. THEY TOOK MY BLOUSE AND I HAVE PROOF BUT THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE NO LEGITIMATE PHONE NUMBER TO DEAL WITH A COMPLAINT. THE # THEY SHOW ON THEIR WEBPAGE US A FAX. CAROLANN P.

Do NOT use this company. I ordered three blouses, which took forever to arrive from China, and they sent the wrong size. I immediately emailed about returning the items, notifying them of their error and requesting a return shipping label. At that point, I was willing to take an exchange for the right size. First, they required that I send photographic evidence that the items in my possession were indeed the wrong size, then they required me to pay for shipping to CANADA at MY EXPENSE. I had already paid shipping for delivery and they absolutely refused to pay return shipping for their error. (They did offer a 20% discount on my next order, if you can believe it.) Long, aggravating story short, I’m out almost $30 in shipping costs and they STILL have not issued my refund. I keep emailing angd I receive automated responses to expect contact from a returns specialist, which never happens. My next step is to file a dispute with the credit card company. This is a total RIP OFF.
