Total scam from China - they’re pretending to be a Canadian computer company but they’re not! They’re doing all these work arounds to get past systems from flagging them as a scam company. Fake pics, fake customer service, fake website, fake everything except stealing your money. Scam scam scam!

This company is not from Canada, they are scammers from China trying to rip off Americans. They use fake photos from ads they find & if you receive an item it will not be an item that was pictured in ad. I bought 2 blouses, over $60 worth & have received nothing. It’s now been over a month. When I sent them several emails they have an auto reply that asks for your order numbers & they’ll contact you in one to two days. They’re lying. They never contact you back. I did pay through PayPal & their policy is you try to settle disagreements with the seller. If that doesn’t work then PayPal will get involved to get your money back or they send your refund. Maybe PayPal will finally take this company out of their system so no one else gets cheated out of their money. They take your money immediately when you order but it will probably never be refunded. Another Chinese company cheating Americans.

Returns are impossible. Yes, it took forever for my order to arrive. Yes, the quality is terrible. Yes, Customer Service took a while to get back to me. However, the worst bit of all this is that they claim returns are easy. They are not. I reached out to Customer Service requesting a refund/information on the return process. After some back and forth, they responded by saying that I would have to pay for the return shipping on my own, and that I would have to send them the tracking information, which I did. I'm not sure the return address they sent to me even exists. FedEx has been unable to deliver my returned items and even called me to ask for more information on the delivery address. I've tried several times to get back in touch with Customer Service, but it has been radio silence since then. I almost would have had more respect for the company if they hadn't given me instructions for the return because now I'm short all the money I spent on clothes I do not want, plus short exorbitant international shipping costs. Had they not given me a dubious shipping address, I could have at least saved the money, time, and effort that went into shipping my items for return. This site is a scam. Do not buy.

This company is a sham? The distribution company used in Las Vegas did not pay the postage on the dress, which I paid to them. The post office said it was a fake label that didn’t match the tracking number on my receipt. I emailed twice & received no response. The phone number listed on the website goes straight to voicemail. No one returns the call. The dress did not fit & has been returned. I really hope they honor the return policy & send my money back. My Comfy Blouse what a joke.

I totally agree with all these negative comments I've just read....! DO NOT buy! I bought a pair of pants in April, too small, wanted to return...have emailed them 3 times, get the same email "order number, 1-2 days you'll hear back"...will NEVER look at this Company again for anything!! one star is too generous!! Bad experience, lesson learned! JM

This 1 star is very generous. I’ve emailed many requests and have received ZERO assistance. Do not buy!!! This site is a scam!!

Item still not delivered after weeks of waiting. No answer to email queries. Do not buy from this place.

I haven't even received my items yet (IF I even do!!!) and am so mad at myself for not checking into this company further. I foolishly thought they were an American company; not a crappy Chinese company who sell crappy clothes that look nothing like the pictures. I'll be amazed if I receive my order and I'll be even more amazed if I'm actually happy with the items after reading the many, many bad reviews. Ugh, I'm such an idiot!!!!
