I have tried to communicate with this company in multiple ways: emaiing, calling, responding to facebook ads. I can not get them to respond back to me although they had no problem taking my money almost a month ago!!!! I never received a confirmation email saying they received my order. (and yes, I checked my spam/junk) My guess is that once they started advertising on social media they couldn’t handle the sales they were getting and now they have a LOT of angry customers that feel like they were scammed and that their financial info. may not be secure as well. I will NEVER shop from the again and will give negative reviews on ALL ads! Ridiculous!

I ordered a strapless bra for my daughter as she saw an ad on IG. My card was charged and found it odd I never received a confirmation of my order so a week later I emailed them, only to get an auto response. It’s been almost 1 month now, I’ve sent multiple emails threatening to post negative reviews and dispute the charge if I didn’t receive at least an order confirmation and to date, still nothing. Hence my NEGATIVE review… don’t purchase from them!!!!

Low-quality clothing and not the right size I ordered. Tried to contact for a return and no response after several emails.

I actually got my order, but I need to return it and cannot get anyone at the company to give me details of return authorization. I call the number on the website and it goes straight to a generic voice mail. I email the info email address and get replies but they are useless. I will never get my money back. Regarding the actual products, the sizes are way smaller than they say. Probably because they are coming from China and not Canada or New York, as their website says. The one shirt is paper thin and I can see thru the front and back when I hold it up. Summary: Cheap products and the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I ordered a strapless bra from them. I have yet to receive it. I should have looked here before purchasing. After reading the many negative reviews I googled the Canadian address. It’s a house y’all! Good lord! I ordered through Apple Pay so I hope they don’t get my CC info! Thanks for the posting. I’ll look here first before ordering in the future. I’ll update when bra is received!

if i could give this company a negative number I would! total scam…order placed in February still have not received (june) No answer at customer service phone number, automated email responses that dont answer an inquiry. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MYCOMFYBLOUSE.COM

Paid for expedited shipping, still didn’t ship my stuff. Did not contact me when I contacted them. Never received my stuff. The Better Business Bureau has them listed as a company in Buffalo New York, I filed a complaint with them, I then filed a complaint with the attorney general of New York. I also filed fraudulent charges with my credit card company, charging them as someone that fraudulently charge my card.

I made an order on May 9, 2023. It took two weeks for my tracking number to even acknowledge my package. It got sent from Hong Kong to Los Angeles. My package has been in Los Angeles for over two weeks now. I’m going on six weeks and I have no idea where my merchandise is. I didn’t know that my merchandise was coming from out of the country. That should have been disclosed to me when I ordered. Update: It took 41 days total to receive my package. Both items were wrong. One was the wrong size, the other was a completely different style than I ordered. I emailed customer service about it over a week ago and I still have not heard back.
