DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money, send you defective, horribly made items, and then never return your calls or emails!!! TOTAL SCAM!

Do NOT buy from here!! It takes forever to receive your item and when you don’t like it you can’t return it. To get a refund you have to submit a request to their email. You get an immediate response saying that you will hear back in 1-2 business days but then never hear back.

I am STILL waiting for my order....this is a Chinese COmpany...with a contact phone in Brooklyn Ny ( which is a "ROBOT " voicemail.. They have NEVER responded to my query re: Where is my order"?.... I have received tracking notices ( 2 now) which indicate NO movement...... I will be filing a SCAM complaint w my credit card company etc ...is not received....NEVER EVER do biz w this group. Their "website" is geared toward US customer online..... ZERO response to my emails/ phone calls..... GOOD LESSON here!!!

This company is positively awful, a scam. They did not respond to my question about how I should send a clothing item back. They tried to make themselves look legitimate by sending an immediate, automatic response asking for my order number and promising to reply within "1 to 2 business days." I had already sent the order number. However, I re-sent it. After that, I never heard from them again. IN ADDITION, the clothing they sent looked very low quality compared to their pictures on the Web.

I ordered summer blouses for a vacation and it’s been over a month, no order received. But I am getting endless promotional and marketing text’s and emails. Man, this is a scam. Don’t bother, for safety’s sake. I don’t believe this is going to end well, please, don’t use this site ever!

I ordered a bra and need to return it I emailed them to no avail. I called the number not an existing number.

Do not buy from them! I fell for it and bought a pair of shorts. Took a long time to get and they were not as promised. Crappy quality. Tried to return them and sent four emails and got no response.

If I could leave a -5 as a review, I would! I ordered a strapless bra which took forever to receive… when I finally rec’d the bra it was too small. I have tried multiple times to contact the company for a return authorization, both by phone and email. I have yet to receive a phone call back after leaving several messages and the email response is the same thing each time, which is useless! I DO NOT recommend buying anything from this company!
