Zipper made of cheap plastic
Zipper made of cheap plastic, broke off on first use! The Oprah voice-over might not be real. DO NOT buy and waste your money. Read consumer reviews first. Their website has no way to review them.

I should have read the reviews
Like everyone else I should have read the reviews. I placed my order on 11/19/23, it shipped on 11/21/23 and as of today, 12/19/23, it has not arrived. Originally the tracking said China and then it finally came to the US, but the tracking remained the same-every couple of days an update shows the date and if it’s US or China, that’s it, no more info and no estimated delivery. According to other reviews I assume it will not be coming at all. I emailed the contact on their website, but again, according to the other reviews I can expect a robot response and no review. Do NOT order from them!

I should have read these reviews. DO NOT buy anything from them. This is a scam. It is overpriced, and the quality is mediocre. Stuff coming from China. Shameful!

I should have read the reviews
I should have read the reviews. I ordered the PJ set 11/4/23. It was supposedly shipped 11/05/23…from China. The tracking is only through China. It supposedly reached the US 11/27/23. That is where the tracking stopped. It is 12/17/23 and I have yet to receive my item. I have contacted customer service twice and have received the same generic response it take 14-21 days to receive. Nope. I have requested a refund but no response. Learn from my mistake. Do not order from “Comfy” anything!!!

THIS IS THE UGLIEST BLOUSE I'VE EVER SEEN...THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED FROM SEEING THE PICTURE ONLINE. FABRIC PRINT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!! I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED IF I KNEW IT WOULD LOOK LIKE THIS.

This is a scam. Please do not buy anything from this company. They make youtube shorts ads that are fake and use stolen videos. My fiance bought 100$ dollar worth of dresses that never came.

WORST COMPANY EVER! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to contact them but they do not respond. An automated service sends out an email and no person ever returns your call.
