I would not give them one star if I could. Money spent on something completely useless. When I received it, it did not include an inscription or instruction manual what so ever in the package. The battery pack was nowhere to be found, was not sent with the sweater. The quality of the sweater is as if it was made out of a garbage bag material so it’s not useful even without everything. The add clearly shows the battery pack is included, also in the video and photos and descriptions on the add shows and describe it with the order. I immediately reached out multiple ways to the company that were invalid phone numbers and emails. I finally received one email with an automated message stating I can buy a battery pack on the website but a refund cannot be issued. These products are falsely advertised and I have photos and videos to prove it as well as the description of the add it was ordered from. This seems like a scam at this point. Nobody has returned my call or emails or issued a refund regarding this matter.

Never ever buy from this company. Bought a set from them. The item didn't fit and the material was cheap. Reached out to them several times for a refund and they gave me the run around and then stopped responding all together. Horrible business.

Anytime I see an item I want to buy from a company I’ve never heard of, I reverse search the image of the item. Turns out they’re advertising a stunning dress for $40, and it’s actually a house of CB dress that they’re using images of (the ACTUAL dress is over $200). I’m assuming they’re selling a cheap knockoff but they’re using the original for their ads. Gross.

I hate to even give it one star. Their customer service is a bot. I couldn't get through to anyone to help me return an item, just got an automated response to the 15 emails I sent. Please don't fall victim to this fraudulent company like I did. Zero stars.

This company is a scam! I purchased a top and bottom set for my wife for Christmas. It took them 6+ weeks to ship it from China. When I got it, there was no tag, it looked like it was barely finished, and it was the wrong size. They sent a small and I ordered an XL. When I emailed them to replace the garments they told me I would have to pay to return it even though their policy states that they will provide a return shipping label. Or I can keep something that wouldn’t fit and they would give me a 15% credit. This place sucks and their score is accurate! This place will be out of business soon, don’t buy from them.

Received the product ordered, after 2 months , but it did not fit. The XL looked like a child’s small!!! Was told that there was a 30 day return policy. Once I initiated the return through customer service, I waited over a week for a reply. Then, once I submitted my request, they sent more emails drawn out over weeks asking for pictures of the item, why I wanted to return the item, etc. I did everything that was requested but due to their drawn out email exchange, the 30 days was coming to an end. After I emailed them that I was frustrated with this process, they sent an email saying they “recently relocated to China” and that if I return the item, the cost may be higher. Do not order from this company! The return process is a scam to get more money from you and from other reviews on this site, you may not even get your item. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

I ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt in November as a Christmas gift, I got a t-shirt but not the sweatshirt. I have been emailing their customer service people with no luck at all on getting the other half of my order. They will only say it show delivered. I have tried calling the number on the website and guess what it’s not a working number. Don’t waste your time or money with this shady company it will only lead to you getting angry with these crooks.
