Scammers. Sent completely d different items then what was ordered and won't refund. Basically sent back a email saying sometimes we substitute items when they are out. $70 thrown away because I needed a specific colored dress to be a bridesmade and they sent me a different dress in a pattern plus a shirt that wasn't right either. Stopped responding to emails. Company is in China but you don't know until your item doesn't arrive quickly and you look up tracking.

Worst mistake I ever made. I knew it was a scam a week after I ordered from them and didnt receive a confirmation email. I tried to cancel my order and they refused saying it's "already been processed" which was a lie and they tried to give me 20% off, but I didn't fall for that run around. I tried to cancel through PayPal, but that failed obviously. I went through my bank to tell them I was trying to cancel my order and they said they would get back to me if they came up with something and never did. Safe to say I'm out $80 Canadian. I got my package today, over a month after ordering and its the biggest piece of garbage. Looks like a child sewed it together, which it probably was since it came from China. DO NOT buy from here!!!!!

Scam. They sell terrible products that look nothing like what you see online. When you try to return it they say they "recently moved to China" and you must pay to return items to China. They are misleading consumers and getting them to buy things that they will be unable to return due to shipping charges, essentially you get stuck with crappy items because they make it so hard to return them.

What a scam! I wish I had read these reviews before hitting submit. Still waiting for shipping confirmation but not hopeful and based on feedback the quality will be horrible. Plus, they charge in USD but they are a Canadian company. I spoke to Scotia Visa and they are confident that I can get my money back and it is illegal for them to charge in USD when they are a Canadian company. I hope all of you who got scammed by this person have had success in getting your money back from the credit card company. Fingers crossed.

Absolutely terrible customer service - what I ordered was miles too small. I tried to follow their return process, and was asked for photos & measurements, which I provided. Then they told me that I would need to ship to China at my expense to get a refund. Then they offered a 20% refund without returning the item, which I said I would accept. The next email went back to asking for pictures, details... endless runaround.

I bought a short and top set almost 2 months ago and the shirt arrived with a big mark on the front. I emailed their customer service, sent photos and the keep sending emails saying the are looking into it. I think they hope I will just go away but don’t waste your money on damaged goods and NO customer service.

Complete scam. Order some items over a month ago and still haven't heard a work from them. Left several emails but they only send an automated reply. Phones number are fake as well.....

Warning. ‼️ They are a scam. False advertising. Cheap knock offs. Use celebrity images and other brands images. The Cashmere is not cashmere. Total rip off Scum scammers. Shut them down
