This website is a scam. The quality of the clothes is HORRIBLE. BUT WORSE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TRY TO NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN THE STUFF BY GETTING YOU IN THIS CRAZY EMAIL CHAIN. Just avoid at all cost. The worst part is that it's not that cheap to be this bad.
Name
Misleading policy about returns and they will not pay for a return but rather offer a measly 15% off to "gift the products" to someone else. If you buy from here, be prepared to eat the cost of the purchase if you change your mind.

I placed my order for easter dress on March 7th it is now April 5th and the tracking number hasn't updated since the 21st, when I email cause calling is a disconnected number they send a dry message stating it'll take 1-3 days to even get to it then I get another one days later lying and saying yes it's been updated but it wasn't. I am beyond irritated and hope to stop anyone thinking about buying from this company DON'T PLEASE DONT it'll waste your time and money!

Horrible!!!! Ordered a two piece outfit and don’t like how it fits. I have been going back and forth for over a week asking for a refund. They want picture of defective item. I keep saying nothing is wrong, I just don’t like it. Do not order from this company!

The headquarters are in the US but shipping and receiving is China. They have horrible customer service and don’t stand behind their shoddy products. I have jeans that are $50 trash and can barely get a reply and when you respond it’s another week before they answer again.

Beware of this scam! Never heard from them or saw my dress.

Placed an order for (2) different sizes since it clearly indicated that there was absolute ZERO risk in buying something. After the order was placed, then I was notified that it would take several weeks for shipping. Order was finally received and neither pair of pants fit and did not fit the description whatsoever. Requested a return and have received nothing but absurd run around. They requested that you measure the pants and take pictures. The last communication was that they recently moved their shipping department to China. They offered a 15% refund on the order or 25% of the order if you wanted to buy something else. What a load of crap.

Shipping took weeks and I was only informed after I placed the order. The return process is fraudulent!! They do not provide return instructions online and have you email them. They don’t respond for about 3days-1weeks between messages and just keep repeating themselves without providing return info. They ask why the product in any satisfactory, then they want a picture showing how it doesn’t fit then they want measurements (uhhh didn’t you guys make it) anything to just prolong the conversation and make you give up. Disputed with my CC company.
