If I could give zero stars I would. Dress looks like it was straight from SHEIN. Dress I received it Cheap, see through, scratchy, and unlined. Site touts that the dress has boning. There’s none. Going to try and return my item, but based on the other reviews I’m not hopeful.

On the reviews of the product it said the pants were really soft and stretchy and they were neither and I ordered a 16 but it came in XXL. Also, I tried to return and the website says you have to send an email to start a return and I never got a return email back.

Awful, dont buy this dress. If it doesn't fit, they want pictures. Like they literally asked for pictures of how my boobs don't fit in the dress - gross.

Be sure you FULLY understand what you’re purchasing, the fit, style, color etc. because if you get it wrong you’re stuck with it. Unless of course you’re willing to send it back to China…yes China at your expense! Buyer beware. Disappointed!!!!

Please whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company. The dress I ordered does not look like the dress in the picture. It also does not fit well, it’s very baggy. Now I’m trying to get a refund and I’m getting nowhere. They offered to give me a partial refund, or exchange it or get store credit. Please do your homework before you buy anything online and read the reviews and the return policy. I just lost about $50.

Everything everyone else is saying is true!! Avoid this company like the plague. Horribly misleading in regard to product quality and sizing, and poor customer service team. Please don't order from them!

The items I received don’t match the website at all. I went back and forth with them to send them back. They offered me 10% off to keep them, a gift card worth 25% what I paid, etc. When they finally gave me return instructions, they said I have to ship it back to China! Even though they sent me items that don’t match the pictures, the material advertised, etc. I’ve never dealt with a company like this. I’m out over $80.

Product and customer service extremely poor. If I were to give negative stars I would..they claim they strive to give excellent service but i call that complete b******* I wanted to return the product because the way it’s sewn is bad, the print is not as crisp, and there’s absolutely no lining or padding. Been in contact with many reps and they have been asking for similar things after each reply. Like “can you send a detailed description?” Then “can you send photos?” “We will give you 5% discount” which is nothing. Now they offered a 25% refund to resolve things. We had exchanged emails since 3/6/24 - 4/11/24. PLEASE save yourself from this mess. I fell for this when I should have thoroughly looked through their website. Don’t make the same mistake as me! I beg you
