I ordered a blouse and pant that I thought was beautiful. I ordered a size 2x for each piece which is my normal size. First of all it seem to take a long time before it came, though I was patiently waiting. When it came I have never been more disappointed with anything I have ever ordered. I mean I could not even put on the blouse nor pull up the slacks. The same day I immediately sent them an email. And I have not received a reply. There was nothing showing to return the items. I'm stuck with items I can not wear or return. Also the quality sucks too.

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture on the site, quality & fit wise. The chest and shoulder part were way too big and not proportionate. The only way to contact them is by email. I emailed them 3 times to try to start a return and only got a response once I threatened to call my bank. The response stated, "We would like to inform you that while our headquarters is based in the US/CA, we have recently relocated our shipping warehouse and returns department to our office in China." This means to ship it back, it's probably going to cost me the same as the dress if not more...

Order never even came and they refuse to give me a refund. Don't Order here

Quite a bad customer service, do not buy from them. They send the wrong product or don't do a quality check. Spend more & buy from a bigger branded company!

If they had -“0” I’d put that… DO NOT BUY… waste of hard earned money… quality is like cheap napkin material… their CS sends you the same email despite how many complaints you send them and are ignored to try to talk to a manager… horrible horrendous company… I have just started complaining about them and will continue complaining to all social medias and whomever will listen… they need to be accountable for stealing ppls money by sending low low cheap quality items. Nothing like the pictures.. they do not take responsibility for bad quality clothes and they want YOU to pay to return it… and to China 😳 price… like it’s my fault they send crappy stuff and I have to pay to return it and they moved… BEWARE….dont do it… you’ll regret it!!!! They are Thieves!!!!!!

-5 stars. Do. Not. Buy…. from these crooks. I gave up on my return/refund adventures today after 2 months of not getting anywhere with their ridiculous CS. They are indeed as advertised, total scammers. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you buy garbage and get it sent to you over a month later and it’s the wrong item and it comes completely ripped. 🤣

Do NOT PURCHASE! website says to email for returns so they can give you a label and they LIE and MAKE YOU PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WHICH IS about $100!!

Ordered shorts from this company. Got my shorts pretty fast. I don’t like the shorts so started return process. Two weeks later all I get is an auto response email but never a real response to return shorts. Fabric of shorts are cheap. Not at all as described. Stay away from this company.
