I ordered an item that was a set of long sleeve leggings and a long sleeve top. When I asked for the issue to be resolved the solution they gave me was to ship the goods back at my own cost and once they have received the package they would refund the original cost less the shipping I paid on the original order. So they made a mistake and I have to pay to get it refunded or rectified. If I could give them a 0 I would. Do not buy from this website.

0 Stars for this scam company! They send me a completely different sweater than ordered. Customer service took several days in between every single communication, until it was past their 'return policy'. They NEVER took responsibility for their own error. Their customer service is abominable and, after 9 excruciating months of trying to resolve this, and them refusing to issue me a refund for their error, I am stuck with the ugliest sweater. Sending it back to CHINA, at my own expense, would have cost me more than the sweater itself. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

❌❌❌ BUYER BEWARE ❌❌❌This company is an absolute scam. The product ships from China but has a New York address on the return label. However, the return has to be shipped to China, at the customers cost. That’s outrageous. We are stuck with a dress that looks nothing like the dress advertised. I do not recommend this company, if I could take a way the one star rating I would, but I’m forced to give at least one star in order to leave a review. 100% not satisfied. Save your money!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Their sizes are not for Americans--very small. The material and workmanship are shoddy and if you need to return something, you have to ship it to China! Needless to say I feel ripped off and will never to any business with them again.

Dress recieved was not even close in style or colour to what I ordered. They have “reviewed” my request for a refund and said it is the correct dress and an acceptable colour variation. Offered me 10% refund in the form of a credit 🤬
