Worst place to sign up with to recruit caregivers
I would strongly caution others before entering into a 90-day agreement with this company. After being locked into the contract at $450 per month, we were essentially told, “Sorry about your luck,” when the services did not meet our needs. We followed all of the recommendations and steps provided to us, including working with someone at the corporate level. Unfortunately, even after doing everything we were advised to do, the situation continued to not work out, and we were not given any meaningful assistance or resolution. We experienced issues with multiple caregivers, including caregivers who were unresponsive and others whose backgrounds raised serious concerns for us. Despite these ongoing problems, we were told there would be no refund and no option to end the agreement early. As a result, we are paying $450 a month for a service we are unable to use effectively, while also having to spend additional money elsewhere to find qualified and reliable candidates. What has been most disappointing is the lack of willingness to work with us, even when we brought our concerns to the corporate level. A company should stand behind its customers and make a genuine effort to find a reasonable solution when the service is clearly not working as promised. Unfortunately, our experience has left us feeling that the priority is collecting the monthly payment rather than making sure customers are satisfied and receiving the service they are paying for. I would recommend carefully considering the contract terms and what happens if the service does not work out before committing to this company.
