Stay away it’s not a trusted wallet
We sent money to buy bitcoin to them they bought the BTC but our account is not credited for almost a year now. The customer service is the worst ever the response time is days even weeks !! The say the money is safe and gave us 100 reasons and things to do even as far as to say to deposit more !,,

I have over $800 USD in crypto…
I have over $800 USD in crypto converted to gift cards using the Mycelium Wallet app, and two of the gift cards failed to redeem, showing only errors. I've sent over 10 emails, and their team continues to give vague replies or no response at all. I’ve provided every required transaction ID, screenshots, and a wallet export, and still received no resolution. I am escalating this to consumer protection agencies, crypto fraud watchdogs, and social media until this is resolved. @Mycelium — Stop blocking access to funds. This is unacceptable.
