This program is truly what I was searching for. Accountability is what I crave and am so grateful for MyBodyTutor. It's amazing! It changes the way you think. I LOVE the emails. You can't have enough knowledge and wisdom. This is a way of life that is sustainable and that gives me a confident expectation, that I can get to my goal and stay there for life. I love My Body Tutor's passion and commitment to my success. Thank you!

I lost 32 lbs for my wedding! I tried to lose weight on my own for ages, with zero success. I was stuck in a rut of yo-yo dieting. I would lose a couple of pounds just to put them back on, sometimes with interest. I started MyBodyTutor with the hopes of finally finding a way of eating well without restriction. I was ready to get help from a person who could give me guidance and understand what I had gone through to get where I was. With MyBodyTutor, no foods were off-limits, which is important to me since I had spent so much time being restrictive. I slowly built my own habits of healthful eating instead of following someone else's meal plan. MyBodyTutor is the most mentally healthy program I've ever done. I don't think I'll ever go back to counting calories, and for that, I'm forever grateful to have made this decision.

I highly recommend MBT to everyone! I am completely happy with MBT and my personal coach, Heather. She has inspired, instructed and motivated me to eat well and exercise each and everyday since I joined two and a half months ago. One of my favorite parts of the program is Adam’s food for thought and inspirations. They keep me driven and on track with mental awareness and new mindful ways to change my relationship with food. I highly recommend this program!

MyBodyTutor is a godsend. I heard about it on the Bigger Pockets podcast when they were discussing truly effective and life-changing moves to be the successful person you want to be. Well, My BodyTutor delivers. It’s changed my life. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, habits and mindset about food.

MyBodyTutor changed my life. I lost 45 pounds but what I gained is so much more meaningful. I gained trust in my body. I gained the confidence of knowing I CAN do it! I can lose weight, be consistent with my workouts, and stop eating when I’m satisfied. But most importantly, I gained self-forgiveness and flexibility. Everyone at MyBodyTutor wants you to succeed as much as you do (if not more). They are some of the most understanding and compassionate people I have ever known. If you are contemplating joining MyBodyTutor, PLEASE just pull the trigger and give them a try.

MyBodyTutor is an awesome service. It provides the accountability, support, and strategies that I need. I feel like I have a way to be successful in terms of weight loss for the first time in a really long time! I highly recommend it.

Do yourself a favor and sign up for this program, and stick with it. I LOVE MBT and LOVE my coach. She is so supportive and uplifting. I am so thrilled with the MBT program and I'm blown away at how easy my 25lb loss has seemed. I’ve never had such a huge weight loss success WHILE ALSO feeling so much better mentally and physically. The thought and labor that has gone into creating MBT is phenomenal and I am so grateful to have found it. MBT is the magic formula. It's worth every penny.

Highly recommended. The content is solid and addresses the actual challenges to weight loss and sustaining health. The accountability system is really great and has helped me lose 20 lbs in the first month.
