Unprofessional Experience, False Mold Claims, Incomplete Work & Missing Property - I am sharing my documented experience as a homeowner to advise extreme caution to anyone considering All Dry Services. False Mold Claims & High-Pressure Tactics: After using a testing entity they recommended, the official lab results came back negative for mold. Despite their own recommended testing showing no mold, they still wrote "mold remediation" on the contract, claimed they "saw mold," and pushed high-pressure tactics to justify unnecessary work. Incomplete Work & Out-of-Pocket Expenses: The work was not performed properly, leaving my home unlivable. I was forced to pay thousands out-of-pocket for temporary lodging and hire third-party cleaners just to make the space safe and usable again. Unprofessional Removal & Missing Property: Employees loaded my belongings into the back of their personal pickup trucks and drove them off the property. Tens of thousands of dollars' worth of my high-end personal items were lost, discarded, or completely unaccounted for—with zero written inventory, receipts, or explanations ever provided. Zero Accountability: My attempts to address these severe property, billing, and quality issues directly were met with unhelpfulness and a complete lack of responsibility. In my experience, working with this company resulted in severe financial disruption, property loss, and immense stress. Based on how my home and belongings were handled, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
