Goodmorning I would like to thank Linda Felix for helping me get services threw this agency all-American care for my spouse I was guided to her from a phone call I explained to her my spouse health issues and she asked questions I answer her she started filling out papers made her calls and had us go to the agency where she's at she read all the services they provide and my spouse fitted in those categories we signed and have service at our home for him she does a great job were very pleased with all she helped us get service thanka again this agency has a great time they take all there work seriously I like that thank you Linda Felix my spouse angel thanks you too

I haven’t been working here long but for the short time I’ve been here it’s been nothing but kindness and caring. Everyone! But especially Alexis Holmes💙. She’s been nothing but nice to me. She cares and is very understanding. She knows how to talk to other human beings. They treat you like human beings here. You have jobs that talk to You any kind of way and don’t care about their staff. Not here. They care about their people. I want to thank Alexis for being the wonderful human she is! I am happy to write this review on Ms. Siedah, who I consider is my supervisor for All American Home Care. My experiences with her have been very positive. I know that she takes her position seriously and cares about the individuals receiving care provided by the caregivers. She is very professional and follows the guidelines and protocols of All American Home Care. She addresses all my questions and concerns. What she doesn't know she directs me to the proper personal. She does a routine inspection on my client to make sure that I am doing what is required of me as an AAHC employee, and that the client is pleased with the services being provided. She keeps me informed of any changes and updates taking place at the agency. Ms. Siedah is on top of any errors I make, and she quickly corrects me to keep me on point. She is a true leader and sets a good example for all to mirror. I believe she honestly cares about the treatment of my client. Listening to them talk to each other and hearing the client laugh and tell me she is a nice person confirms her sincerity. I hope the agency appreciates the work that she does as much as I do.
