All American Home Care Was founded as All American Hospice LLC at 139 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville, PA in 10/18/2011. The company was founded on the idea that every patient that receives end of life service needs more care then they are currently receiving. The company started to compete with some of the best and brightest hospice agencies in the state of Pennsylvania. The primary difference that the company offered is a Language Program and a Increase in Frequency program. These two wonderful programs which improved patient’s quality of care, and connected with more patients that never knew about the hospice benefit. With the success of All American Hospice in September 2013 All American Home Care was born. Now All American Home Care & Hospice operates out of 3 offices. I love love this company the only…
I love love this company the only downfall is the clocking in and out it’s like we have to fill out a timesheet every week other than that I’d recommend this company to everyone and Marisol And Miriam are so so sweet they are very understanding and they actually care!

I only have one problem and that's when…
I only have one problem and that's when it comes to my pay check accasionallly, and my casemanager, at times, she can be a tad bit sarcastic or unprofessional, with how she tends to talk to me at times, other than that , l like the company, so far so good, been with them for a year now. The bright side is, l can always go to the beautiful Marium to save the day.

Kevin is a great coordinator
Kevin is a great coordinator, I have had problems in the beginning with this company but Kevin always helped me out no matter what, I Appreciate Kevin and all the hard work he does to make sure my grandma is good, if it wasn’t for him I would have changed company a while ago, thank you Kevin for all you do in this company.

Headaches of Clocking in by Phone
The change in turning in time sheets has been challenging. Ms. Yeneida Trinidad has helped me get more efficient at clocking in and out over the phone. Her ability to communicate is what helped me to choose to stay with All American. Ms. Yeneida Trinidad is truly a professional.

I started work for this company in…
I started work for this company in June, and in the beginning I was ok but had a couple issues with my pay. I was told to pick up check and I would also receive my sign on bonus. I got there and payroll was not there and had to come another day. I got frustrated when I came back because the hrs was incorrect and no bonus. They corrected on next check and I was told it was mailed yet I haven't seen it as of yet. Then they claimed it was cashed, really. Where, when and by whom? I'm still waiting and it's been over 4 months. The only person that I can say reaches out to me and tries to help is Siedah. I can call or leave a message and she be on point and give suggestions when needed. She is the best yet, thanks Siedah and please let payroll know I am still waiting.
