Where do I begin…? I’ll start by saying that during this process Jamir made it less stressful, took on my burdens & problems to make this process go as smoothly as possible. Jamir, worked overtime to make sure that my mother could get back into her home with the staffing of my request; because I had certain requirements that I needed to feel comfortable leaving my mom in the care of others, other than myself. Prior to finding this company and working alongside with Jamir, The places I’ve found weren’t diligent, professional, organized, as this company & Jamir. I keep speaking on Jamir because that’s how much hands on he was. He became like family, that’s how trusting and comfortable he made me during this transition of my mom using homecare. There were bumps in the road from the other end (not theirs) he and his team were patient, smooth the bumps out, and got the job done. I can call anytime and the response is almost immediate. I’ve been trying to get my mom homecare for almost a year with these other companies and with All American they tackled this and got it done within a month or two. I’m grateful for Jamir and his team and this company. You never know what ppl are going through and all it takes is respect, listening, patience, understanding, and compromise. With that being said it was a rough time in my life and having Jamir handle things the way he did for my mother and myself was a breath of fresh air & a blessing and he doesn’t even know that but that goes to show you that treating ppl the way he did means a lot. I’ve only given this review 4 stars because we haven’t began the homecare yet but I’m sure I would give it a 10 star once we start. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere or anyone else but here. It's been a great transition from the last agency I was apart of. A lot a of talented people. Love the holiday party. The best parties ever ! Administration is cool after you get on them on the logistics lol. And they pay, so 👍
