The products are great and arrive quickly. I absolutely love the extra strength pain cream. It works quick and allows me to complete my day with less pain. I also have ordered the blemish cream for my teenager and we are seeing great results.

I was delighted with how easy the first part of the order went. But today I saw that my package, which was to be delivered today by USPS, arrived in NY this morning and then went to NEWARK NJ. NO IDEA WHY.... I LIVE IN BREWSTER NY..... it should have come directly here. Now I don't know when I will get it. If it arrives any time tonight, it could freeze if left outside or in the mailbox. Maybe this company should use UPS instead. Update: Did get my package.... all is well and it WORKS!..... Thank you......

Hi Anita, I couldn't agree with you more. Where I live "Overnight" means two days... and I too can watch tracking bounce the package all over the place before it gets to me. Doesn't make any sense... We're super glad however, you enjoyed myaderm. We probably would be using UPS or DHL or the like if they didn't add to the cost of the product. Currently we ship for free and absorb the cost but you can request other shipment methods to avoid that issue in the future if it's a constant behavior with USPS.
