last week, without prior warning, my account was frozen and I lost access to my funds, 487€ that is still inaccessible today. Contacting support seems useless since every time I do it, they say they're waiting to hear from "compliance team".

Hi, I am new to the bank but I must honestly say that this is the most comprehensive online bank I have ever come across. From multiple currency accounts to the physical and digital Swiss bank cards, Dukascopy has exceeded m expectations, especially for someone living in Africa, where international banking options are very limited. Now I can receive payments from my international (non-African) clients with ease. Thank you again for your consideration. Stevy
