I am an author and I was looking for 'someone' to help me promote my books. I was contacted by Sarah Blake of Author Impact (a company - not to be confused with Author Impact on LinkedIn, which is a forum). At first she seemed to be the Real Deal but it soon transpired that - she was a fake! Her face was a Google free pic and her website is full of free pics and pinched reviews. How I got so conned is unbelievable!
