Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The gift basket I received looked nothing like the one advertised. Aside from the basket itself, every item was substituted—including the featured giraffe—with random, commonly available treats and a different stuffed animal. I understand an occasional comparable substitution, but replacing the entire contents without notice is unacceptable. The company refused to provide a refund, citing its substitution policy. This was intended as a client gift, but the quality and presentation were so poor that I could not give it.
