bad experience with Mutesix Inc.
I feel obligated to share my bad experience with Mutesix Inc. Between July 2022 and March 2023, our business performance slipped drastically under their watch. Their response was slow and the ever-changing team, full of fresh faces, lacked experience. Despite their friendly demeanor, results were nowhere to be seen. A switch to a different agency rapidly improved our situation, highlighting Mutesix as the problem. We were made to buy a $3000 creative package from Mutesix who blamed our creative content for the lackluster performance. But when we put a hold on our deal to try out a new agency, the new agency outshone Mutesix massively. However, Mutesix neither delivered the creatives we had purchased nor agreed to refund us. My suggestion: Approach Mutesix Inc with caution. We had a rough ride with them, and I'd hate for others to experience the same.
