Looks flashy and services offered and templates are great. Unfortunately we are feeling like we moved to quick. The designer app is not as easy to use or functional as it appeared in the demo. By far the worst part our our experience so far is that if you create a display menu the screens are very glitchy. We bought to skykit players and one seems to work as normal, but the other one goes to a blank SKYKIT screen on it's own multiple times a day and without unplugging the skykit itself there is no way to reboot. To their defense they are sending a replacement. But they took over a day to get back to me about it and they don't have phone support or even weekend chat support. Will make another review as we utilize the product a little more.

Unstable log-ins, deletes your account, charges you multiple times

Was a useful tool at the beginning, but price has bloated with a bunch of features small ventures don't need or use but pay for anyway. It was a useful tool for menu design took them forever to be able to save you menu items or specials for use on other menus. That's when I stopped using it regularly. I have found many better more affordable solutions. Chef Mike.
