I have always had great prompt service whenever I have had a problem or issue. When I have called cuz I couldn't figure something out , I have always received great customer service. Very patience with my crazy questions and always willing to though my walk me through.

My sister talked about Muskegon TV and really liked it. I just moved 90 miles from Muskegon and paying $170.00 Comcast bill.I just signed up for Muskegon tv.and I'm glad I did. I tried it for 1 month and I couldn't believe all the channels. The reception has been great. I do get local stations but there is streaming.
