am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item online and paid in full because the website clearly stated there were 6 in stock. Three days went by, and I finally got an email saying the item was actually out of stock. The worst part was the customer service. They did not offer any helpful suggestions for alternative models or try to fix the issue. It felt like they simply could not be bothered. I highly recommend saving your time and ordering parts somewhere else.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Multilink.us. Their selection is absolutely top-notch—whether you're looking for specialized gear or everyday essentials, they’ve got it all, and everything is easy to find and well-organized. What truly sets them apart, though, is their phenomenal customer support. I had the pleasure of working with Vinny, and I can’t say enough good things. Vinny was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find someone so committed to making the customer experience seamless and enjoyable. For instance I had an issue with my Ubiquiti devices not showing the UI Care, and Vinny went out of her way to reach out to Ubiquiti to assist with the request. If you’re considering Multilink.us, don’t hesitate. Great products, great people, and service that genuinely stands out.

Multilink.us has always been a solid company. I have purchased lots of network gear from them. They have always been solid and have fast shipping and great customer service.
