i love receiving my mullybox but this time everything was poor. when i trusted the company and upgraded to $99.99 i was expecting a huge jump up. i was wrong i got a pair of socks that are so uncomfortable target tape…. the fact that i got target tape that cost .99¢ is crazy and of course the tees and 6 balls (the only good thing in the box) as well as a mid polo and a glove the was cool but the polo doesn’t even fit right it feels like a a compression shirt. but hey you never know what your going to get in a mully box nor do you know how long it’s going to take to ship this time it was over a week. it’s whatever i keep giving mully box a chance and it disappoints me every box i thought the “premium” box would do me so good i was wrong. 1 word to describe mullybox august 2022 is “disappointing”

I have been pleased for the most part with Mullybox prior to this month’s box. The advertisement for new subscribers makes it look like you will be getting a variety of types of balls, 6 or 12 depending on the subscription. I have ONLY gotten the Saint Nine balls. Same ones, every time. While they are pretty decent balls, I was hoping for some variety. I finally got something called an Oncore brand ball for something different. Was kind of thinking there would be some name brand balls in these boxes. With that came a hat with what looks like a sandwich with a smiley face on it. There is a score card holder with the same sandwich on it and a ball marker that looks like a lab coat. If you are going for a whimsical audience of 14 year olds, you nailed it! I however am a 48 year old guy who doesn’t really associate with fruit and cartoons. I will probably try the balls and give the other stuff away. Again for the most part I have been pleased with the subscription but it is starting to seem less worth the money and more for the silliness of the products. Hopefully next month’s box gets back in the trend of the first few boxes. Otherwise I’m going to start feeling like an unwilling participant in the old bait and switch routine. If that’s the case, I can put my $45 elsewhere for items I will actually use.

Recieved a hat that didnt fit and needed to return it but when I asked for a refund they tried to upsell me and ended up sending me another box against my wishes which they charged me for. I returned both boxes and only got refunded for 1. The entire process of emailing back and forth was to cumbersome so I just wrote it off as a loss. I would have given 1 star but understand they are a small growing business. I however will not be recommending the service to friends.

I bought this as a gift for my uncle. He said that the balls were nice, but the socks were a little too much for him. I could forgive that, but I ended up getting charged for another month after cancelling my subscription. Customer service immediately refunded my money, but it was still a hassle.
