⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend MTC Networks Sharif was amazing from start to finish and I would highly recommend MTC Networks. We initially requested a quote and Sharif was very prompt with his response. The quote was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. He came out to the property on time, assessed the situation thoroughly, and made recommendations on the spot, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option so we could make informed decisions. Once we moved forward, a date was set for installation. Sharif and his team arrived as scheduled, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. They were professional, present, and communicative throughout the entire process. We implemented a comprehensive system that includes a call box, AI-powered cameras, keyless entry, and viewer boxes inside each unit. This setup has made our multi-unit property significantly more convenient and secure for our tenants. We now have the ability to grant and deny access remotely to every door and entry point in the building. This has been extremely helpful for onboarding new tenants, allowing realtors to show units, providing access to maintenance staff and contractors, and managing temporary access for package and food deliveries through gate codes. As out-of-town owners of a multifamily property, there are always challenges, but this system has been a game changer. We now have over 20 cameras covering all common areas, hallways, and gate entries, giving us full visibility without constantly wondering what is happening on the property. Some cameras include facial recognition and others can read license plates, which adds an additional layer of security and value. This experience has made us better property managers overall, and this same strategy will absolutely be implemented on any additional properties we acquire in Chicago. Every member of the MTC Networks team was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. The value provided far exceeded expectations.

Responsive, smart, organized. I highly recommend MTC Networks for anything related to connectivity. In all of my many interactions, I've never been disappointed. If you need help with anything tech-related, definitely start with this group.

MTC Networks did an outstanding job handling the wiring installation at my business. Their team was punctual, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently without disrupting our operations. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and everything was clearly labeled and neatly organized. I would confidently recommend MTC Networks to any business looking for reliable and skilled network installation services.

We found MTC Networks after reading their Google and Yelp reviews and decided to bring them in to clean up our network and rack. I’m really glad we did! Our setup before wasn’t terrible, but it was confusing. There was cables everywhere and nothing was labeled. No one really knew what went where, and everyone was afraid to touch it. MTC walked through everything with us and then reorganized it all, installed a new rack so it actually made sense. Everything is labeled now, clean, and easy to read. What stood out most was the attention to detail. The work was neat, nothing felt rushed, and they took the time to test everything before wrapping up. Communication was straightforward and timelines were clear, which we appreciated. Most people like us didn't understand all this, but once they finished, the difference was obvious! After the experience we had, I suggested they set up a Trustpilot page so others could find them the same way we did. This is my honest review, and they absolutely earned the five stars!

We hired MTC Networks for a full network infrastructure upgrade. The team completed structured cabling, IT rack cleanup and reorganization, security camera installation, and a full UniFi network deployment. They took over an existing system that was cluttered and unreliable and transformed it into a clean, clearly labeled, and scalable setup. The rack is now organized and serviceable, and the cabling is neat and professionally installed. Since the work was completed, our system performance has been noticeably better. Wi-Fi coverage is stronger and more consistent, the cameras are reliable, and the overall network is stable and easy to manage. Everything was tested, documented, and delivered exactly as promised. If you’re looking for a company that delivers clean installations, professional execution, and long-term reliability for commercial spaces or high-end homes, I highly recommend MTC Networks.
