Live chat is a third party company that can't help with anything they tell you to send an email and you get no response. A very poor company, I have given transaction ID numbers so they can see the live bets. And still nothing response

Bonuses are an absolute scam, can't even turn them into real money. I won on a sports bet, been waiting three days and nothing, live chat is useless, they tried telling me banks don't process withdrawals on weekends, try telling that to Sky Bet, Virgin, Ladbrokes etc. absolute scam. Won £120 on a bonus, then all of a sudden an error came up, took me off the game and the £120 never added to my balance! Guys, please please please don’t not listen to the reviews on here that say ‘I read the reviews and I was hesitant but I tried this casino and they are great’. These are fake accounts. They don’t pay out. I’ve been waiting 9 days now for my withdrawal and I pester them every day on live chat and they think we are stupid. These idiots tried to convince me that Thursday and Friday was part of the weekend so they don’t process on those days? I mean that tells you all you need to know. It’s a complete scam 100%.
