i had missing funds when i tried to withdraw and i was told there was nothing when clearly there was missing funds i was passed around since 3am and still arguing with them over it now i spoken to over a dozen different customer service agents i feel like ive been scammed out of my money im paranoid thinking i can't believe ive actually been scammed by a site there behaviour is disgusting over customers stay away from this site they just like taking your money and never giving it back.

Every day I am getting scam texts and emails from a company called "Mr Punter" who I have never heard of or dealt with before. This is demonstrable harassment and will be taken further if not remedied immediately.

Day 9 still waiting on £500 withdrawal, I message them eveyday only to be told it’s delayed 😂 I know I will never receive it, wish I’d read the reviews on here before I deposited.

Useless. I thought I was imagining skimming my money, but I'm not alone. Also payouts are impossible. Been a week after they claim that my banl refused the funds 😂😂😂 and they canceled my withdrawal. Expedited withdrawal been two days and still under review.

what a scamming site this is! I withdrawed 2 x £500 kept getting told wait 3-5 days I then waited almost 2 weeks to then get a email to say it’s been cancelled when I went onto live chat they told me it’s because my bank cancelled the winnings going in, so I rang my bank they never did such a thing! To then withdraw my 2 x £500 again to be now waiting nearly another 2 weeks and still says under review live chat just says the same thing like it’s a robot speaking doesn’t answer your questions properly. Such a scamming site! Will keep you all updated

2 major issues, watch your balance, when you win the money doesn't always add to your balance, you spin and spin and every now and again the money doesn't get added it's skimming money. Second issue, wait times are a joke, no weekends included either which is simply a delaying tactic to try and get you to revert money.
