Fantastic prices and quality of products. Customer service horrible as well as company policy . Bought many items.One item over 30 dollars was not included in order. Tried MANY times filling out their forms.No response. One item was back-ordered .Didn’t mind.FINALLY responded and said request could not be recognized. Company Policy was request had to be filed within 30 days. If they had answered my first request it was well within 30 days.I paid for it. They should be obligated to send it out.

Site is difficult to navigate and after adding an item to my cart and trying to determine shipping cost, I was immediately receiving text messages and emails to which I did not subscribe. Beyond annoying and I would not do business with this type of company.

Clamps Ordered 30 clamps, the quality is terrible, half of them are broken

I was deceived by their false advertising. The picture shows the item, a package of 4 rolls of painter's tape. I ordered 6 of this item and they sent me 6 rolls instead. I complained and they said "your mistake" and ignored me afterwards. I involved PayPal and BBB, they ignored that as well. The website states Returns accepted, but it's a lie
