This is a total waste of time and money I should have trusted my instinct for not placing an order. Customer service keeps promising that they are inundated with production because they making sure that the “quality’ is in highest standard. They even offer a 15% lifetime discount. Asking for refund is a joke as they charge administration fee which in turns you pay something for not fulfilling their business. SCAM SCAMSCAM SCAM

This website is a completely scam scam scam the products showing on the website are completely fake very very bad quality materials are very very poor also they took forever to ship out I’m not saying all of f that because I’m pissed it’s just true reviews to avoid anyone in the US to buy from this website they have me spent more then two weeks to discuss about my concerns after they agreed to Sen me exchange they want to pay for shipping which is hustling. At the end of all the conversation I had with them through instagram not even on the website they claimed my concerns has trash they spoke to me very unprofessional and send me to hell with they fake items and tell me they not responsible for returns They even asked me to send pictures ,I sent pictures of myself with the items one compared with theirs after they confirmed with several messages at the beginning my items was different form what I received they still refused to cooperate after all . Once again beware of this website they are not selling what you see on the website they using beautiful AI pictures Or fake models or different products but not you’ll purchase ,so be careful , even I’m still waiting for my bank to send me my money back Please please please don’t buy from this website they are scammers you guys can read other buyers review

As other reviewers have already pointed out, these clothes are insulting; an absolute joke! Don’t be fooled by the seemingly decent reviews. I only wish I could share photo evidence of the absurd items I received. In retrospect, I should have paid closer attention to the warnings in earlier reviews. That’s on me for ignoring them.

I have ordered a Suit from this company, and they sent me something wildly different. A VERY much narrower lapel. The side adjuster the trousers were supposed to have were not there. The color pattern was not the same. The buttons were placed much higher than on the pictures in the website, making the blazer look small even if was two sizes too big. Not only that, I am demanding a refund, and they are saying, and I quote: "As a token of our sincerity and to express our regret, we would like to offer you compensation equivalent to 15% of your initial payment." Which basically means they say they get to lie to you and keep 85% of what you've paid for the product you never get.

This has to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The product showed up looking cheap, feeling cheap, and honestly reminding me why I should’ve trusted the reviews. It was garbage from the moment I opened the package.When I asked for a refund, they suddenly developed selective memory and pretended not to understand their own policies. Instead of helping, they kept sending useless replies, acting confused, and refusing to take responsibility. Their customer service is a whole disaster: slow, rude, dismissive, and absolutely pointless.They wouldn’t provide proper return instructions, demanded pictures like that was going to magically improve the quality, and still did nothing. And let’s talk about the shipping — I PAID for express shipping (3–7 days), and the item showed up 10 days late. They promised to refund my express shipping fee, but of course, just like everything else they say, that never happened.This company is unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or basic honesty. I regret spending even one dollar with them. Save your money, save your patience, and support a company that actually knows what customer service is, because this one absolutely does NOT.

This site is a scam. I ordered a suit jacket, which looked like decent quality on the pictures. What they sent was not the same jacket. They refuse to give full refund or accept return. Fighting for resolution via paypal.

My experience with this company is not going very well right now. I see several outfits that I would love to order in the future but I’m not sure if I will be doing that. I ordered a blazer on 1-12-25 with express shipping and I still have not received my order, I tracked the order and it still has not been shipped out and when I Email customer support all they tell me is thank you for your patience and that when I get my product they will refund my express shipping but they refuse to give me a date when I can expect my delivery. I ordered this blazer for a special occasion and it looks as if I won’t get it in time or if I even will get it at all
