They screwed me good!
I purchased a keyword form Mozeo about 6 weeks ago and was really excited about it linking to my short code. I put the keyword on my business cards, 2500 tri-fold flyers, and had a graphic designer ready to put it on the windows of my gym. Then I get an email from Mozeo stating that if I did not send a ridiculous amount of texts each month then I will be FORCED to switch to a 10 digit number. Now all the flyers that I just passed out and my business cards are NO GOOD! Luckily the window decals had not be installed yet, that would have been a $1,500 waste of money. Mozeo could care less that I JUST purchased all these materials and now they are no good. They also would not let me transfer my short code to another company so I could save my materials. All-in-all I am out hundreds of dollars and have to get EVERYTHING printed again. I'm sure they knew they would be changing to a 10 digit code when I signed up, big changes like this are in the pipeline for months. They just let me buy texts and a keyword for a short code that was going to change.
