I ordered a jacket it was to small I emailed for a return label and a refund after 4 emails they offered me 10 dollars it cost 69.00 and I keep a jacket I couldn't wear or return it to Dubi they came back with a 21.00 offer I took that this is a scam

I was so excited to get my new 2-piece pantsuit. But when it arrived (after a month) it only had the top. No slacks were included! I wrote them and they offered me $10, then $21 and finally $32 on a $53 purchase. Plus the fabric was cheap, the lace was cheap, and the size was way too big. Don't do business with these people

They don't even deserve 1 star! Poor sizing & quality. Trying to return was a nightmare! Keep in mind I paid $72.98 for this outfit. First response: Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. If the items you bought are not in serious quality problem, we will not accept return. We are willing to offer you a refund of $10 as compensation. Could you kindly keep the order this time? Seriously $10! I went back & forth with them 4 times. They said I could get full reimbursement upon receipt of return of item to them. Mailing address - Dubai. Are you kidding me? It would cost more to mail! I had to settle for $30 reimbursement, not even 1/2 amount I paid. BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RETURNS ARE NOT EASY AS STATED ! CONTACTING THE SERVICE ADDRESS DOESN'T WORK ! THE PHONE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK! CONTACT US DOESN'T WORK ! WHEN THE SIGHT IS TO DIFFICULT TO MOVE THRU ,IT JUST ISN'T WORTH USING !OTHER SIGHTS ARE MUCH EASIER TO USE AND MOER CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

I feel terrible, even giving this company one star. I ordered a two-piece outfit and I got a pair of leggings and when I contacted customer service they’ve been arguing back-and-forth that I did not order an outfit. I only paid $33 for a pair of pants. I took a picture of my order it is an LC and I paid him $56 so nothing about my order they have straight if you enjoy being scammed please order if not stay away from this company.

I ordered 5 items. 4 arrived and the material of two of them was so awful, I didn’t even try them on. The other items were at least 2 sizes too small. I ordered a size larger than normal. Sizing is way off. They claim they refunded the one I didn’t receive. I don’t see the refund in my account. They originally offered to give me a refund of $40 for everything- I paid $168. After going back and forth several times they finally agreed to a full refund and provided a return address. I’m still waiting on my refund. Their products are horrible and their customer service is even worse!

This company is a total scammer. Order this outfit plus two others. Total of three outfits. Two of them did not fit but the third did fit. I wanted to keep the one that did fit. I asked for a return and was refused and offered $40 when it should have been $ 115.98. They claim to be from SC but then are really in China. This is not a reputable company. Apparently I am not the only one with this issue with them.

Inaccurate description and measurements. In the listing it states a Large is 42" long and that it has side pockets. Mine is 39" and no side pockets. They refuse to issue a return authorization and gave me the reason below. "Dear customer: Our products are made according to the size chart on the website. The maximum difference is 2cm. Thank you. Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us via (email addy)" The measurements should not have ANY discrepancy since that is how people determine if the items will fit. Scamming Chinese company.
