Buyer beware! I bought two sweaters off this website after seeing their ads on Facebook. They falsely claim they are US based. They definitely aren't (look on their website at their return policy and you'll see it was written by someone that isn't fluent in English). They promise 7-12 day shipping. I placed my order on 1/21, it's 2/2, and I still don't have my order (that is supposedly coming USPS from South Carolina). The only shipping updates I've gotten, say a shipping partner has picked up the package (in California) and that another shipping partner received it in Fife, Washington (I live in Washington). It's been 2 days since then, and I still don't have the package. Additionally, I left a comment on their FB ad (that continued to show up on my feed), detailing my suspicions and my experience. Suddenly, I stopped seeing the ads, and now when I search on FB, I can't find Moylly. Clearly, they blocked me, and I can only guess, deleted my comment. They are definitely not on the up and up. Spend your money elsewhere.

False advertising on website. The website says all products are made in South Carolina & California to ensure speedy shipment. Well, I got my order almost a month later & the packaging says “Made in China”. I reached out to ask to make it right as it’s blatant false advertising & they continue to just reply “anything we can do for you, please contact us at [service email]—though that’s the email I reached out to. Total scam!

Company is NOT USA based. I contacted them to return the items as the material and qualify of shirts were not to my liking. I paid $100, they offered me $35 and told me to return the items to Dubai. Def NOT a US based company. They are a scam. Do not order a thing from them.

Definitely a scam. They advertise that the clothing was made in South Carolina. When I received the clothing it was all made in China. I needed to exchange one item for a different size, and the customer care support email address was not real.

My order didn't come in time so I want to return for a refund and they tell you to contact and you can't get in touch with them. Do not order from them they are a scam.

I placed an order November 11. It was a Christmas gift. There is no response when I email company, Tracking number says no package assigned. I will never order from them again.

I ordered two jackets on Dec. 6th and still have not recieved my order. Have emailed the company several times and they keep telling me it's on the way. I feel like this is not a legitimate company.

You claim my item was “delivered”. It was not delivered. So, I try to get ahold and “help and support” was grayed out. No phone number to contact you! I would like what I purchased!
