I ordered the item on December 7th for Christmas. It didn't arrive until a week after Christmas. I tried to cancel the order once I realized it wasn't going to arrive on time. I was told I couldn't because it had already shipped which the tracking stated it had not. I asked repeatedly for a tracking number and didn't receive one. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service.

I ordered sweaters 2 months ago and I've still not receive them. They say they're based in South Carolina, but I do not believe that is this true or why would this take so long? They are probably from China.

I think I’ve been scammed by Moylly. So bummed because I spent over $260 for my clothes. The tops were not cheap about $52 per sweater. It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered and I still have not received my items. I’ve emailed the company several times and they are saying they are trying to reach out to the production company. I told them I’m going to put a claim out through PayPal. Hopefully this helps. I hope that PayPal can protect me. It is definitely a Chinese company. Definitely not made in the US what a joke. The close look so cute but I should have listened to my gut because I could tell it was a Chinese company which guarantees nothing. Although it’s tempting do not buy here!!!!

So i ordered - omg - when will i receive it? Is this place legit? Is customer service stitching the material together? Is someone running the sewing machine? Should i dispute the charge on my credit card or wait until i’m old & gray?

Horrible experience with this business. I bought 4 shirts and they looked nothing like what was pictured and advertised. Tried to return and was not able to return any of the items. This business said to keep the items and they would refund me $15. I spent over $200 on the shirts. The company will not email me back and does not follow their return policy. They are awful. This business scams people.

Ordered $216 worth of clothes on 7/16 and as of 8/21, never recieved. Contacted company and response was that I would get a refund in 15 business days. I do not believe that this company is US based. May be from China like most ads on Instagram. Time will tell if I receive my refund.

Buyer beware! This company will not take a return! They will not respond to emails and the phone number is not real. They have multiple complaints with the BBB The sizes are off, so be sure if you order.

Total scam. Ordered 3 sweaters and a top/pants set. Top is missing from the set. No content of fabric on the labels. Ordered from Denver 1/22, arrived 2/5 (website states "It normally takes about 5-10 days for most cities"). Website also states items are made in South Carolina. All items labeled Made in China. Website also states returns "2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable."
