I ordered on 5/5/2025 Order #11685321 as of today 5/23/2025 have NOT received my order!!!!!!!!! it should have been hear on 5/14/2025. Pleas refund $104.98

I would make this 0 stars if I could. I bought a dress, the material was flimsy and didn’t fall right. When I tried to return I was told they only took returns for defective items eventhough that is not stated in their return policy on their website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered 4/24. It is now 5/15 and my order has yet to ship. It was suppose to be max 15 business days. Needless to say I leave to be out of country in 4 business day. I wrote company with order number and was ignored. Wrote again with deadline and was told to give a few days for tracing info. Now tracking states "label created". So much for delivery and service

First time ordering from this company that SAYS they are in N. Carolina USA. I doubt they really area. The purchase triggered a fraud alert on my credit card. I hope I actually get the product. I wish I had read more reviews about this company than just the reviews on THEIR web page.

Buyer beware. The website claims 30 day warranty, but that is not their return policy. You can't return an item unless you mail it to Dubai. Of course the postage on a 1 lb item is close to $50, so depending on what you buy, you better decide to love it. I spent $55 and they offered me $8 the first time to keep it. Then they offered me $13, and final offer was $18. Unheard of! A dress I cannot wear, and they want to give a teeny discount and tell you to keep it.

I recently ordered from Moylly. Unfortunately, the items I received were not as advertised, and the fit was unflattering. I contacted the company about a refund using the "30 Day Easy Return/Exchange" listed on their website. After multiple emails, they still have not provided a return authorization. They have stated that the return warehouse is in Dubai, and the shipping costs are too high. I am in the US, and the order was shipped to me from California. Needless to say, I am disappointed with Moylly's customer service. I will not order from this company again and do not recommend Moylly for your purchases.

When you try to return an item they will offer you a small amount of money to just keep the item. When you say that no, you'd like to return for a refund, they will offer you more money. When you finally find out that they are based in Dubai and you have to return the product there, so you agree to take a partial refund to keep the item, they will tell you they have refunded the money when in fact they have not. When you inquire about confirmation of that refund, they will change their story and say you can only mail the item back. Lie after lie. Don't believe the advertising either - it's deceptive. Products do not fit/look like the pictures.

My sweater order took 3+ weeks to arrive with zero delivery updates during that time. It is made in and ships from China to Queens, NY, where it was repackaged and sent to me. The quality was horrible so I asked to return it for a full refund. They offered a $6 credit in their reply email, then a $12 credit in another email 2 days later, then $25 3 days later. For a full refund ($69 item), you have to ship the item back to Dubai at a cost of $31 for the full refund. Not worth dealing with Moylly ever again!
